and the back cover.
the last two pages of the story. very text heavy, not sure if i fully got it. but i did get to make a few clouds made up of all the o’s from all the fonts used here. i was gonna use a skull and crossbones as an outline for the last page, but i figured the ol’ infinity sign makes more sense.
two more pages. phew. only two and a half more to go wheeeeeeeeeeeee
not my favorite spread, but at least i got to implement a mustache. a binary mustache!!
and here’s the redone 6-7, with different type faces so it looks less radial. thanks kevin.
went with elisa’s advice. sticking with a two-page spread with WHOOOOO so here’s the redone page 4-5.
redid page 2-3… basically compressed pages 2-5 onto 2-3 so i can add more story later on.
…this would be the alternative. two full pages of the dog going WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! before jumping into the “i see colors like you hear jetplanes” page. full spread or half page? help.
ok now, this is a new page. this will be pg 6-7 (pg 4-5 is done but… meh, still tweaking it) - 6 i’m fine with, but 7 i may change to a full spread. in fact…
updated version of the middle spread. the a on the right is slightly more visible, changed the weights on the left hand side.
the new first two pages of the book, instead of the font bubbles everywhere.
this is where i’m gonna start needing feedback and help. i’m starting to toy around with ideas for the cover, staying strictly with the dog story (that’s the title of the short story on the cover). solid? okay? too graphical? anyone?
